1. sub­ject mat­ter of the contract

These Gen­er­al Terms and Con­di­tions gov­ern the legal rela­tion­ship between Argu Bau AG (here­inafter referred to as “Argu Bau AG”) and its cus­tomers (here­inafter referred to as “Guest(s)”). The Gen­er­al Terms and Con­di­tions (here­inafter referred to as the “GTC”) apply to all offers and ser­vices pro­vid­ed by Argu Bau AG, but in par­tic­u­lar to the rental of a room by Argu Bau AG.

1. con­clu­sion of con­tract and accep­tance of the GTC

By send­ing the elec­tron­ic book­ing request or at the lat­est upon receipt of the writ­ten book­ing con­fir­ma­tion, the guest ful­ly agrees to the I agree to the Terms and Con­di­tions of Argu Bau AG. 2. con­tract start, con­tract dura­tion, exten­sion and cancellation

2.1 Start of contract

A reser­va­tion is con­firmed once Argu Bau AG has issued the reser­va­tion con­fir­ma­tion con­firmed. For reser­va­tions of 31 nights or more, the guest is required to Fill out and sign the reser­va­tion form that was sent to you, and return it to Argu Bau AG to send back.

Book­ings from 31 nightsFor book­ings of 31 nights or more, free can­cel­la­tions of booked nights before or dur­ing the stay in com­pli­ance with a thir­ty-day Pos­si­ble can­cel­la­tion peri­od. Can­cel­la­tions are accept­ed dai­ly by Argu Bau AG until 12:00 p.m. accept­ed. The can­cel­la­tion is effec­tive only upon writ­ten Con­fir­ma­tion from Argu Bau AG is valid. Argu Bau AG may require the guest to pro­vide valid Cred­it card details, the pay­ment of a deposit per room in the amount of 500 CHF. (in words:five hun­dred) and/or require a pass­port copy. For reser­va­tions of 31 nights or more, Argu Bau AG requires guests to Trans­fer of a secu­ri­ty deposit to the secu­ri­ty deposit account of Argu Bau AG. - The accom­mo­da­tion costs / if nec­es­sary the costs for addi­tion­al ser­vices of the Sub­se­quent months (accord­ing to invoice) are to be paid 5 days pri­or to the due at the begin­ning of the next month.
- Booked addi­tion­al ser­vices are charged sep­a­rate­ly accord­ing to expen­di­ture invoiced and are due as spec­i­fied in the invoice.

3.4 Terms of payment 

Pay­ments are always made in Swiss Francs (CHF) and with­out any bank charges or Cred­it Card Deductions.

3.5 Pay­ment methods

5. author­i­ties
